WHAT A DAY!!!

We had a really good turn out for our first Ride.  There were 21 ATVs, beautifull sunny day, and awesome company.  It was a lot fun, we left at 9:30am, made our way to Baie Jeanne, then mid way to Cross Lake we stopped for lunch.  Unfortunately we had a lot of flies, but the fun made up for it.  We got back to the trucks by 4:30pm and we travelled 100 Km. 

I want to thank everyone for showing up and making this such a great day.  A special Thank you to Claude Patenaude for leading us, Great Job Claude and an Awesome Ride!!  Looking forward to your next Ride.  As soon as I have collected everyone's Pics I will post them.  For those of you that attended, and took pics, please send them to me so we can post them. 

The next ride is on June 13th 2009, I will post more details shortly, so keep checking the sites for up to date Info on this ride.

Welcome back everyone

Well the Baie Jeanne ride is today, hope you can join us, it will be a nice ride.  If you can't join us, you can always check out where we are during the course of the day by Clicking Here.  I will turn the SPOT on 9:30am when we leave so there will be no messages till then. 

When we get back I"m sure we will have lots of Pics to post.  Our next ride will be in June to Ishpatina Ridge, check the Club Ride Schedule for details.  I also posted new Videos on the home page and the Useful and Fun Links page, check them out.

Well we had a good turn out for our AGM.  So Members please, sign in on the Members List Page and click on the Meeting Minutes to see them, as well as the list of our new Directors and Executives.  Looking forward to Sunday's ride to Baie Jeanne, leaving from the River Valley school at 9:30am.

Welcome Back everyone.

It's been a while since I posted, sorry about that.  So I posted new pics of a couple of members on an outing, thank you for sharing.

Next week, we have our Annual General Meeting, for our Members and anyone that wants to join.  We have 4 door prizes to give away.  Also coming up on the 24th our Baie Jeanne ride from River Valley.  I have been out on a couple of ATV Rallies, and at each rally there were accidents.  Be careful out there folks, we're out there to have fun and not to get hurt.  I know, I know, Helicopter rides are fun and all, but they come at price... Injuries.  So Ride safe.

Hi WNATV club members,The group from Field has received permission from the MNR to cut a new trail from the abandoned railway east of Field to the pole line near Lake Chebogan (thereby accesssing Pike Lake without passing on private land). One of our members, Bernard Bigras, has offered to spearhead this effort and needs some help. He would like to start this Monday, May 4. Anybody interested in helping should show up at 8:30 am on Monday at the Co-op store in Field and contact Bern by phone at 758-1767 to confirm his presence.I think that as a club, we need to encourage the group from Field , who make up more than 25% of our membership. As well this is a trail we'll be using on some of our rides, so we'll all benefit from this. We'll also keep you posted on all other days that this group will be working.Michel Davidson, chair
