This excursion took place on Saturday
September 26. We were a group of 11 members. We left Blue Demon towards 9: 35 am.
We passed by Emerald lake and we went all the way to the entrance of Twinkle Lake Rd. Then we passed
by Seagram Lake. We stopped at Linger Lake to eat. There were Whiskey Jacks birds very
sociable which shared our meal. They ate from our hands. Some of them even flew off
with the pieces of cheese from my plate. After lunch, we set out again and went along the lake Yorston
to the north. We then climbed the Cloutier Hill to go to visit hunters which camped on Spruce Rd.
We returned to the Blue Demon at around 4:15 p.m. We had a very beautiful day. The
sun appeared around 11 am. The ride was 107 km long. No incident, everything went well.
