WNATV Ride 7 - Nepewassi - Thursday, July 8, 2010, sponsored by Sturgeon Motor Sports The ride held last Thursday to
Nepewassi went very well. It was attended by 8 ATV's. It was cloudy and windy when we left at 9:30 a.m. from Verner. Our first stop was north of Deer Lake for soft drinks and social talk.
We arrived at Mountain View Lodge around noon and were greeted by Marc, the owner.
We then backtracked up to Warren, stopping at the Esso restaurant where we ate
good homemade pie and ice cream. We returned to our vehicles around 4 p.m. The ride was 141 km. We saw two deer on the road. It was a good run with a nice group. Lead was Claude Patenaude
and tail was Norm Shank. Claude
